Nakoma Tennis Shop – Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be confident with every purchase from the Nakoma Tennis Shop. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
General Return Guidelines
- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be new, unused, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing wear, damage, or missing packaging/tags will not be accepted.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is processed.
Footwear (Tennis Shoes)
- Shoes must be in new and unworn condition and returned in their original box.
- Do not use the shoe box as the shipping box—place it inside another package if returning by mail.
- Shoes that have been worn, scuffed, or show court dust cannot be returned.
- Clearance shoes are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Apparel & Accessories
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags attached.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, worn or washed clothing and accessories cannot be returned.
- Apparel items do not carry a manufacturer warranty.
- Final sale apparel and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
Racquets & Paddles
- Must be in new and unused condition with original plastic wrap still on the handle.
- If the racquet was strung at our shop, the cost of the string is non-refundable.
- Used racquets are not returnable.
- When returning by mail, racquets and paddles must be packaged securely.
- Warranty issues should be addressed through the manufacturer. Contact us for help with the process.
Drop Ship Items (If Applicable)
- Items shipped directly from the manufacturer must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees.
- A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested before returning drop-shipped items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your purchase upon receiving it.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Used or worn merchandise
- Final sale or clearance items
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
